Improvements Made on Poptar

• The material used for the string was changed. It is now made from a fishing line. This is thinner material.
• The cap was removed.
• The fishing line was wrapped around the pencil.
• It can be tightened by twisting the pencil.
• Hole was cut wider to avoid the cutting of fingers
